Leadership in Psychiatry at the Royal College

I had the pleasure of attending ‘The New Era of Leadership’ this week at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

The day was filled with thought-provoking talks and engaging workshops that sparked meaningful conversations about the challenges we face in psychiatry today. It was especially rewarding to connect with colleagues from across the country who share the same passion for driving change and leading with purpose.

A highlight for me was supporting my friend and colleague, Rana Moharam, who delivered a much-needed talk on the power and importance of saying ‘no’ in the workplace — a reminder that setting boundaries is key to sustainable leadership.
