Independent Psychiatric Practice and PIPSIG

Back from the PIPSIG (Private and Independent Practice Special Interest Group) conference at the Royal College of Psychiatrists. It feels surreal to reflect on how I first attended this event last year as an NHS consultant. This year, I returned as a fully independent Consultant Psychiatrist, marking an exciting step forward in my career👩‍⚕️
